Staying Finishing in College
On completion of my college study, audience I would love to share my experience and feelings with you. Basically I was not a brilliant student at all and hundreds of time I got hit with an impulse that why I should waste my time in college, despite I should spend it to play football. If I get selected in any team at any level it will be more beneficial for me as compare to these traditional studies. But at the same time I observed that college attending students are more in number than leavers. Right at the time when I was about to leave college to play football I came across the news of one major player’s injury forced him to retire in his early career, forced me to change my decision. I opted the community college because of its low cost and teacher’s friendliness with the students as I was afraid that if I changed my mind then it wouldn’t cost me too much.
Other inspiring reason to continue my studies was financial stability. I knew that college graduate earn one million dollar more in their life span than non-graduates. I wanted my own home and blessed life. Good job can do me all these goals. This college taught me skills indispensable for career growth like learning in diverse culture and conflict resolution, time management, politics and importantly how to enjoy my life with friends. Politics developed leadership traits in my personality and I am sure these are going to earn me excellent job and eventually help me establishing my own business. I am happy that I took the right decision and completed my studies instead leaving the college for no goal.
